Our fantastic event agency client is looking for a Head of Account Management to join their growing team! This is an exciting new role to the agency, so it is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Director or Client Servicing Director to make it their own. This role will see you lead the client servicing team (including recruitment, training & line management) ensuring relationship development and account growth across the board, key account management, producing and monitoring account strategy plans, attend international meetings and events to build relationships, track account spends and work with internal teams from proposals to delivery to ensure outstanding projects are delivered to the client's expectations. This is a role is all about here and now, but also has so much potential for the future - so if you are looking for a role where you can settle into but grow as the agency does, this one is really for you!
Account leading (large scale) and event agency experience is essential as is experience of the Pharma/ Healthcare sector. Salary DOE £70-80k + great benefits. This team work in the office 4 days per week/ 1 day pw working from home.
