Reporting to the MD of this small agile £2.5m T/O agency, this role is a pivotal one to help breathe new life into an agency with an excellent reputation, but one that needs that bit of extra umph new blood brings.

You’ll have a voice on the senior leadership team, enabling you to stretch the strategic part of your brain alongside the operational and creative parts.
