Event Producer – Immersive Events Agency – London/Hybrid

DNA Recruit are working with an Independent Immersive Events Agency who are seeking an Event Producer to join their team. Known for leading the way in the immersive events industry, their team designs captivating multi-sensory experiences for global brands, blending live action with cutting-edge technology. From large-scale entertainment shows to corporate events, delivering unforgettable moments that captivate audiences worldwide.
 
As the Event Producer, you'll be reporting to the Head of Production, as well as overseeing the end-to-end production of events, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
 
Responsibilities:

• Shape and plan productions in line with client needs, collaborating closely with the Creative Team, to bring creative visions to life within operational and budgetary constraints.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Source necessary resources and locations for productions, while ensuring all rights and permissions are secured.
• Monitor and manage health and safety protocols throughout the production process, coordinating safety measures and seeking expert advice when needed.
• Lead and develop diverse production teams across various projects, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Drive efficiency and innovation within production processes, proactively seeking new ways to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

 
Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Production across various genres, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Deep understanding of creative production processes and technologies, with the ability to advise on and implement new technologies to enhance production efficiency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in budget management and forecasting, with the ability to create and manage production budgets effectively.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and drive project success.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety protocols and regulations, with experience in managing safety measures on productions.
• Sound understanding of employment contracts and policies, with a commitment to adhering to industry guidelines and standards.
