The Role:
This newly established position involves supervising the day-to-day marketing activities for the Live Events and Attractions division, with the primary aim of enhancing brand presence, captivating consumers, and increasing event participation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the annual Marketing Plan to drive commercial revenues for new projects, attractions and the live events division.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviours to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and revenue generation.
- Create B2B Marketing assets to support business development, pitches, and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams for aligned and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Utilize data from the agency’s’ visitor research program to enhance new project and event experiences.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost event awareness and attendance.
- Manage targeted annual campaign plan within budget, including digital channels and PR campaigns.
- Oversee new project brand launch and ensure consistent execution across all marketing activities.
- Provide marketing account management to Event Organisers and develop support packages.
- Collaborate with external ticketing partners for platform launch, annual marketing plans, and revenue reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a consumer-facing or integrated marketing role within the Events sector.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns driving performance and business results.
- Familiarity with visitor attraction or event marketing, including ticket sales and revenue generation.
- Experience in dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational abilities.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing platforms such as Web CMS, Email Platforms, CRM, Social Media, and data management.
