Experiential Senior Account Manager/Account Director – Student Marketing Agency – London

DNA Recruit have partnered up with a Student Marketing Agency, who are looking to bring an Experiential Senior Account Manager/Account Director on board to join their dynamic team of young and ambitious specialists, who are dedicated to fostering enduring connections between students, Gen Z audiences, brands, and universities.
 
Their expertise falls within crafting innovative student strategies, spanning live events, digital experiences, and brand ambassador programs, all tailored to their clients' needs and centred around student and youth culture.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage and cultivate client relationships, ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standards and contribute to account growth.
• Oversee a team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional development.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, staying abreast of Gen Z trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with agency directors to identify opportunities for account expansion and drive new business initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, pitch new ideas, and provide regular updates on campaign progress.
• Monitor campaign budgets, track expenditures, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and showcase unique capabilities.
• You will be delivering across campaigns as a Brand Ambassador.
• Staffing will be a part of this role.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' agency experience, preferably in Experiential or Event-based Marketing.
• Strong understanding of youth (Gen Z) brands and the student lifestyle.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and leading successful campaigns.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in staffing.
• Proficiency in Social Media management and understanding of Digital Marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
• Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for building meaningful connections.
