Are you a seasoned Brand Experience Senior Account Manager with experience of working on exciting experiential and brand experience campaigns? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
DNA Recruit is working with a dynamic Brand Experience agency based in London, with a global reach, who work with some of the world’s coolest clients. They're about big, bold ideas rooted in behavioural science and fuelled by creativity. From electrifying live events to stunts, pop ups, large arena events and more, they craft experiences that resonate with people on a deep level. This incredible role will allow someone to work right across their projects, to own from pitch to delivery working across multiple clients to deliver outstanding experiences across the UK and globally!
The Role
- Collaborate with the Client Services Team to craft compelling responses to event and experiential briefs.
- Partner with Creative and Strategy teams to shape innovative solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Create comprehensive client proposals utilising Google Slides, showcasing strategic insights, creative concepts, and budgetary considerations.
- Develop and maintain detailed Project Plans to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers and internal Production Team to execute seamless events within budget constraints.
- Oversee creative resources to ensure alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
- Scout venues and manage logistics for events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Monitor project budgets to safeguard profitability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Foster positive client relationships through proactive communication and attentive support.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing events, brand experiences and experiential campaigns, coupled with a commitment to exceptional client service.
- Proficient in project management, budgeting, and creating client proposals using tools like Google Slides.
- A solid understand of event production and delivery from a project management overview
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for building client relationships and coordinating with internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely project completion.
- Experience in sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing logistics.
- Financial acumen to manage project budgets effectively.
- Leadership capabilities, including mentoring junior team members.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and client needs.
