Well, ‘Chief Fire Fighter’ sounded a bit weird and ‘Head of Getting $hit Done’ is a touch pretentious.

But you get the picture.

It’s simple. You need to be a special kind of person for this role, someone who likes things done in a certain way.

Your way.

Yes you’ll be the client liaison and the person who oversees all the deliverables but the main thing here is this, you get full autonomy to run this agency’s biggest client. With a line manager who is super keen for you to pick things up and run it how you see fit.

You’ll take point with their huge retail client and work with the digital, creative and strategy teams to deliver year-long communication strategies focused on reward and recognition schemes, internal education platforms, wellness programmes, live events, exhibitions and roadshows.

You’ll sit with the client and talk strategy about the how and why, as well as take a proactive approach to sniffing out opportunities for growth across their extensive portfolio.

Obviously people will gravitate to you because of your extensive experience, but you’ll also utilise all your collaboration skills as you shimmy seamlessly between client conduit and agency expert.
