Yes, I know that doesn’t make sense, but this role is definitely a bit out of the ordinary.

Let me explain.

You’ll be in charge of the creative output of the design team, but ideally you’ll be passing on your years of experience to an eager beaver team looking for support and guidance.

You’ll get to squeeze your creative juices of course, but the bulk of your time will be helping your team hit new heights.
