Working side by side with the MD, you’ll be fully autonomous and backed to the hilt as their people are great and are the reason the agency is so successful, but they need some focussed development and direction.

Some specialised support, and definitely more of the ‘human’ touch than the ‘resources’.

That’s a given with you. You love all the systems, process, deliverables and framework malarky.
