Of course you’ve led teams before, but always to someone else’s plan.

You want your own plan, you want your plan listened to, you want your plan acted on and you definitely want to get paid properly for coming up with the damn plan..

You’ll be running a team of five.

Everything they do is all scenic/AV/Technical production work. Inside posh venues, working with high-net-worth individuals or delivering a B2B event somewhere around the world.  

Don’t worry though, you’re still keep your toe in the water as you might be experienced, but you still need the adrenaline rush of being front and centre of things.

Creating proposals for new work, overseeing your own clients as well as keeping an eye on the team.
